Our Story
Acting Co-Founders
As a leadership team, we collectively bring nearly 80 years of deep experience in effecting meaningful, sustainable change at the local, regional and national levels. We build movements at scale, and we build to last - via a unique foundational approach in iterative improvement, human-centered design, servant leadership and a thoughtful questioning of the status quo.
Finally, we are physicians and healers, working at varied levels to improve the health of all those that we serve, be it at the bedside or in the boardroom. We offer unique vantage points on the impact of a healthy democracy on the lives of our patients and colleagues - and on the dire consequences when we fail to invest in civic health.

As a collective, we work at the intersection of medicine, public service, entrepreneurship, health policy, population health and community organizing to help transform American health care delivery and achieve true health equity, across our nation’s diverse communities.
As individuals, we are experienced leaders of mission-driven teams through periods of growth, uncertainty and high-stakes challenges, across the public, private and non-governmental sectors.
