
AMARA GRACE
Amara Grace, MSPH is a multimedia griot. As a Multimedia Griot, she merges her expertise in communications science and media production to ideate, curate, and broadcast the identities and initiatives of clients across mediums and platforms. Amara has lead the digital campaigns of nonprofit, academic, and corporate organizations to tell meaningful stories through video, podcasting, and social media; including The African American Policy Forum, RTI International, Duke University, and UNC–Chapel Hill.
Amara has a keen eye and ear for calling out inequities, and calling-in grace, retrospection and empathy. Raised in rural, eastern North Carolina by an African American mother and Nigerian father, her cross-cultural upbringing shapes how she narrates at the intersection of health, education and media. From podcast production and branded digital campaigns to multimedia storytelling and content strategy, at the core of Amara's work is a commitment to accessibility, civic engagement and community-centered storytelling
